◆About this Product
This is a main spring housing to install Picatinny Stock on 1911 (Government/Commander).
To use this product, simply replace the standard main spring housing with this housing. By using this housing to attach the Picatinny Stock, you can achieve a more stable shooting experience.
Please note that the Main Spring, Main Spring Cap, Pin and Pin Retainer are not included.

◆How to use
First, disassemble your 1911 according to the standard procedure and remove the Main Spring Housing. Then, remove the pin from the Main Spring Housing and extract the Main Spring, Main Spring Cap, Pin Retainer, and other components. These parts are then assembled into the product and reassembled. Finally, for optimal stability, attach a compatible stock such as an MCX/MPX type stock to the Picatinny Rail.
Using a commercially available adapter can broaden your selection of compatible stocks. With our Glock Stock Adapter (sold separately), a GLR-440 or Cobra type stock made for the Glock can also be attached.

◆Why We Developed It
We noticed that while there are various stocks and braces available for the 1911, most of them have their own unique attachment methods or are integrated with the stock, making them non-universal. As a result, the options available were limited, particularly when compared to the latest GLOCK and P320 series. Although Carbine Conversion Kits that can be used with old-school metal frames are attractive, we wanted an adapter that could accommodate Picatinny Rail-compatible products without adding bulk. We also believed that a conversion adapter that could accommodate different standards would be useful in various situations, so we developed this product.
